Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. *Intermediate to advanced levels
This class starts out with some heat building yoga poses to warm the body, proceeded by 30 minutes of core focused mat-work, finishing up with more yoga poses to calm the mind, cool the body and stretch the muscles. *All fitness levels

Using mostly your own body weight, we move in a circuit style workout targeting both cardiovascular fitness and strength.
